Always great service with a smile and a friendly attitude. I trust that if I have questions about the in store products or about bird/animal behaviors and preferences, I will get a meaningful and knowledgeable response. Staff also tend to look for the best way to use coupons or membership points at checkout in the best interest of the customer, even if no request has been made.

This is the second time I order online. First time 3-4 day delivery time. Second order next day delivery. I couldn’t believe it. The gentleman was very nice and very courteous. I wish you would offer bigger selection online knowing what you stock in stores.
