The store makes me happy. It almost feels like you are a part of being outside --- they bring the outside feel inside!!! The store is clean, merchandise is stocked well and the items are for shopping. There is always something new. It's VERY welcoming by staff and the appearance of the store

I’ve always liked shopping here. Sierra is very friendly as well as everyone who works there. It’s clean, they are knowledgeable and it’s refreshing to discuss bird matters with them.
