Bob, Pam and the rese of the WBU in Macomb are like family! It is always a treat to go there, talk birds, family, and of course buy great Bird food!

As this was my first visit to the store, I was unsure what i needed. Staff was extremely knowledgeable in assisting me. My purchase was carried out of the store for me. The staff is wonderful.

Staff is always friendly, helpful and kind.

Speed of delivery is great & items are excellent. My only problem is if the items are delivered later in the day & I do not think to look if they have been delivered, our furry friends will rip into the items,

I had a Wild Bird feeder and the squirrel pulled out the bottom. All the seed fell to the ground. The staff put in a new and sturdy plug at no charge. I am so grateful!
