Friendly staff who are willing to try to answer phone-call and in person questions. Staff is never "too busy" to approach with concerns or questions about products and birds.

The customer service was exceptional. Products fantastic, a lot of variety. Prices were reasonable was able to purchase what I wanted due to variety of prices. I left with more knowledge due to interaction with consultant.
