I am willing to make the long drive because Lou is just awesome. I never feel like just a customer, I always feel like a friend. Lou is always interested in comparing bird encounters, and is extremely helpful when I want to improve my feeders

There are not many places to be these days where there is a gentle, friendly, warm and welcoming place to visit.. To make it perfect would be a cup of coffee and a place to sit and watch the birds on the screen!

They had the replacement parts I needed for my bird feeder hangers. The parts needed replacement as they were damaged by a bear.
