My only concern, as it is with ALL retailers, I would like to see more products 'MADE IN THE USA' and especially more local products. I go out of my way to NOT purchase products made in 'china' and yet most of the products in the store are just that. I look for unique eye-catching items, especially those with a varying cultural flair. Is it possible to even have the products labeled 'made in USA' of have a special section for Local Artist or made in USA merchandise?

I had previously purchased a membership at this very same store. It was a few years ago. In the interim there was an upgrade to the store's software. I was no longer in the customer database. Consequently, I had to re-purchase a membership. No complaint against any of the employees, or their service to me. This was a system failure.

In all of my visits to your store, no one greets me with a “Hello”, they simply wait until I approach the counter where the employee sits silently. I typically purchase the 20# seed bag and am never asked if I want help carrying it to my car. It would be such good and basic customer service to do so...especially as I’m a small woman with a herniated disc and would appreciate the assistance. The owner is not cheerful or interactive with customers. Having experienced exceptional service from the WBU store where I used to live (out of state), it is evident there is some opportunity for improvement.

Personnel knowledgeable but not friendly. Best experience was with young man who does curbside delivery. He was very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Sorry - but once again th Bird Bucks back fired due to "technicalities" - it was "resolved " by the cashier deciding to just not give me the extra 5% off the food so I could use my $40 worth of bird bucks. Apparently my purchase before taxes was 39.79 - 21 cents below the 40 I was trying to use....he then suggested I "buy" a 1.00 hummingbird cleaner brush (the ones you give away) so I'd go over the 40... Seriously. For .21 cents this young man was not empowered to make the customer happy. Every time there is a SALES deal - there's some little detail that's a "gotcha". With other feed stores and pet stores nearby selling like-quality food for about 30% less...I think we can no longer try to support this local business. We tried.

Paul was friendly and helpful. My dissatisfaction is due to The large disparity between the store price and the online price.
