Never give a 100%. Always room for improvement. Asked about how long suet lasts before going bad in the feeder. Still dont know about that or shelf life. Was hoping to purchase a calendar this year but couldnt find any in the front of the store.

We bought a 20 bag of birdseed for $40 and so far the birds are not attracted to this type. So, my concern is with the product and its cost.

My finch feeder base broke and I returned to WBU to replace it. I was overjoyed to be told by staff that my feeder has a lifetime warranty and to simply bring in my broken base and it would be replaced. The next day I did exactly that. Well done - could not have been happier. The following day I received a call from the WBU store that my base had been repaired and I could return the one I had just just received and swap it with my repaired based the next time I was in the store. Huh? This is not a big thing but just an unexpected chore to take care of in the future. I think I would have been happier to have had the process explained at first rather than receiving the call.
