Jerry & staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They answer all my questions and have wonderful recommendations. My husband and I are always greeted by name.

I enjoy walking in this store as it resonates happiness in its focus on birds, helpful staff and a variety of products to choose from to meet my needs in caring for the birds in my yard.

Everything I came in for was there. Staff was pleasant and if needed, helpful. But I just came in for 2 things, so no help needed.

Was able find items that would (and did) to solve issues at home for my wild birds

My only issue is that I feel prices have increased significantly. Otherwise, my experience was great

Very expensive. The store is very clean, well stocked and attractive. But it is a costly hobby.

Always have what I need, easily available and always plenty of other options if I need them. I wish the store was closer, but 15 miles isn't really that much of slog. I could save time and money at Wally Mart, but the seed is inferior, and the waste is huge. By the time we figure in the shrink, the price is about the same, and the quality at WBU - not to mention the quality people who own the store - is far and away better. Hate to see Jerry and Arlene moving on, but they've earned it. And they'll love being closer to their family and watching grandkids grow up.

I'm not sure what the difference between satisfied and highly satisfied would be.

Prices are extremely high
