We have purchased from this store since it opened over 7 years ago. Great service, quality products at a fair price.

Jerry took the initiative to accept a store coupon a day early—so we were able to load up on bird seed!!! On our way to pick up the items we called to add on to the order—Arlene was very accommodating—and everything was set to pick up when we arrived just 5 min later. We always look forward to our trips to WBU—as Jerry makes us feel like friends—not just customers.

Jerry is so helpful and knowledgeable. I am so glad that they have stayed open durning this difficult time, and so are the birds!

This was the first time I could not visit the store because of the Corona Virus. I phoned my order in, paid over the phone and drove to the back of the store. Once the owner saw me pull up he quickly delivered the merchandise, gave me a High 5 and I was on my way. Excellent service.

Great customer service during these unpresideted times. Glad to have curbside service so I can keep feeding the birds while everything is closed down.
