As usual, I found what I wanted with no problem and was swiftly and courteously waited on.

Staff always seems to have great knowledge about birds. Friendly. Most importantly is the high quality of feed. My birds love it!

I hadn't been there is 4 years. I remember the prices being higher back then; don't know if they were... Jerry told me over the phone that he'd give me the 20% discount if I signed up for the email notifications (since my Nov. coupon had expired) so I did and Im quite leased with my purchase there!

Staff were very friendly and helped identify what was available over the phone. They also helped me find other items to complement my purchase when I came to pick up in store.

The store has items that cannot be found at the bigger stores (Target, Home Depot) and everyone is friendly and helpful. The items that I wanted and found are a little more expensive than I would prefer (bird seed sculptures are $22) but I like to give them as gifts. Hand sanitizer was available at the entrance to the store and there was a plastic divider between the cashier and customers. I appreciate that the store put good practices in place to prevent covid spread.

Jerry and his staff have always been extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They make shopping at WBU something I look forward to. Love the merchandise and seed quality.
