I always enjoy the friendliness of the staff and their knowledge if I have a question. I always feel like I'm dealing with friends I've known for a long time. They have an atmosphere in the store that is relaxing and comforting. It always makes me want to buy more even when I shouldn't:)

Richard and his staff are always friendly and helpful. They clearly enjoy their work and sharing info and ideas with customers. They didn't have the special (and free) "Nesting Birds" seed cylinder as expected, but rather than just giving me a rain-check, they offered a different high-quality cylinder.

It is nice to shop in a store where the staff and owner share one's own love and interest in wild birds and their needs. The store is well stocked with various goods, both to use in the garden and as gifts to others. it is a pleasure to shop there.

The selection of bird seed is very high quality and there are many choices for all the birds in my backyard. Knowledgeable staff!
