I love shopping in your store. The staff have opened a whole new hobby and appreciation of the inhabitants of my own backyard. I’ve had tremendous joy from feeding my birds! If I could have selected “highly satisfied +++” I would have.

I am new to the area and the employee (Linda) was very friendly. I'm excited to come back in the future, the variety of items at this store was impressive and the hours are convenient.

the lady who helped us was very pleasant...the bird feeder was just what i was looking for...it was a little pricey but a quality item...

Staff was professional and knowledgeable about the product. They were also friendly. It was like talking to family.

I like the quality of the feeders and though I don't go there often the staff is always very helpful and friendly. My cats and I have been enjoying the birds this spring thanks to my seed and hummer feeders from Wild Birds.

This was a quick in and out trip. I knew exactly what I needed- it was in stock, right where I expected it to be and Linda at the register was waiting and ready for me with a smile and friendly demeanor!

I live in Porter Ranch so I had to drive to Thousand Oaks to your store, and it was worth the drive and the purchase. I was told a new store will open up in Northridge and that one will be closer to me. And I can visit. Offen. Thank you very much

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable - If I have any questions I usually get an answer or they ask someone who knows.

Only place we can get our bird seed!

I came in looking for mason bee cocoons and your staff immediately knew what I wanted, where to find them, and knew the pricing. I was informed that someone from WBU had just done a class on mason bees, and perhaps would do another that I could attend. I was offered the opportunity to get on your mailing list which I did. I look forward to learning more about who lives in my yard with the help of WBU. Very friendly and helpful staff.
