One of the products that I bought had broken open and spilled, but I did not lose any product. I notified Richard at Wild Birds Unlimited and he immediately shipped out a replacement product as well as a 5 lb. bag of my usual birdseed to make up for the mishap. It was more than what I started out with and very quickly. Great customer service!

Love the store, great selection, great layout. The web site is very good, happy that I was sent a link to the site. Using the site at this time was easy as one two three. Appreciate the call back from the store to let me know exactly what type of seed I have been buying. Thanks!!

Staff very friendly and cooperative. I recently order online because of the restrictions associated with the coronavirus and the order has just been delivered after 2 days.
