I love my local store (Thousand Oaks, CA) Richard and his entire staff are wonderful. They are always ready with a knowledgeable suggestion or help with identification of one of my backyard visitors (by the way I have a picture to share when we can see one another of a frequent new friend that I can’t find anywhere). During this difficult time I have been wowed by the service. I have gotten front door delivery, complete with picture and a lovely message. Love you guys - can’t wait to wander the store looking for treasures.

I placed an order at 3:45 Saturday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend. I expected it would not arrive until at least Wednesday of the following week because of the holiday. We left to run an errand and when we got home an hour later, the order was waiting on our doorstep!! Great surprise!! Really appreciated!!
