I will only buy bird seed from you as it is always very fresh and my birds loves it!! Also love feeding them the meal worms which you also have live, love it!

The order was completed promptly. They had all the items I requested . Friendly staff. Only wish for other items from the store to be online for curbside pickup. I guess I can call and ask if they can do an add on

They always have what I need to feed all the birds and squirrels in my yard. They have an array of seed feeders to choose from as well. They also have owl and bat boxes, which fascinated me, For me to look at.

Ordering was easy. It was fast. Pick up went smooth.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. My only negative is the high cost. I want to keep feeding birds but it really adds up to a lot just buying food every couple months. I do very much enjoy the results of the quality of your food and the advice as to type to feed the birds. I just bought the membership card and I hope that helps with costs but to-date, trying to keep track of the tiny receipts for $10 off next purchase have never worked out. If that's what the card gets me, I do wish you would keep track electronically instead. I lose the money every time and it's not efficient with the current situation. I ordered the merchandise online and it was delivered the same day. I usually go into the store, but during this pandemic I have been ordering online.

The people that work at this store are always knowledgeable and helpful. They always have what I need. Being a club member I save money with Bird Bucks! They delivered to my home during the COVID19 when stores were closed! We love this store!!!
