Prompt, efficient, and dependable. I ordered in the morning and my order was on my front porch at 3:30 pm. I bought the usual bird seed, etc. but also selected a new squirrel proof bird feeder which I unpacked and placed on the pole today. The birds loved it, had many more than in the past (and it's still the same birdseeds that I have been using for years. The squirrels love it, too! They haven't yet figured out why they can't get into it, but they're giving it their best shot!

The staff is always friendly. The merchandise is of high quality. The service is exceptional.

I have always had good service at WBU and their suggestions for bird seed have always been so helpful.

There were several items that I have needed. They were all readily available in the store. In addition I got some help identifying a bird that has been visiting our yard. I also was able to renew my discount card.

I found my visit to be very personable and welcoming. The staff, who I believe were the owners, were very friendly and professional. I wanted to support this local business in the midst of all the setbacks experienced during the last few months due to COVID-19. I wish the store owners the best of luck!
