I misread the survey- I used shipping not delivery (I live about 45 miles away from the not yet opened Northridge store). I have to call the Thousand Oaks store (same owner) to place order for items not on website. The people at TO are exceptionally helpful. We are loyal customers of Wild Birds because of the awesome customer service

Personal touch of an email advising it had been delivered was comforting and made me smile. I am old and did not want to risk going to store due to covid. Having such a freindly delivery option ( rather than 50 lb boxes being thrown on your doorstep) was a delight. Thankyou

The store personnel helped us over the phone for our initial set up. Our yard had no birds or wildlife, though it is a park like yard with large trees. Now we have so many birds that it looks like an aviary, and we love watching the squirrels too! We already had Milk Thistle to attract Monarchs, so we can watch the birds and the butterflies and we really enjoy that! We also had hummingbird feeders, though we don't get many.
