The people in the store when I call are always helpful and nice. The delivery is always in a couple of days. One time it was personally delivered the same day. Love it! The birds are happy too.

The products are superb, my birds love to the seed and the suet. The customer service in store, online and delivery is awesome! I bought my neighbor a suet feeder, a squirrel nut cylinder and feeder, she loves them and is hooked on backyard bird watching!

Professional and customer oriented

I use this store for all my birding needs. We buy all our seeds, accessories, novelty items and just like to " look around ". I especially appreciate the fact that everyone is knowledgeable about birds and bird behavior. Great store and great employees.

The manager of the store is very knowledgeable about the birds in our area. He was also very nice and easy to ask questions. We bought two things already from him and we are getting a beautiful range of birds in our backyard thanks to his recommendation!
