I get products that I am satisfied with. The seed hoop had problem with one of the spring buttons - I was given replacement seed hoop and the staff figured out that string wasn't threaded correctly in first seed hoop and showed me how to fix it if it occurs again.

This is our favorite store! The entire staff is the best! They always remember you, what your product preferences are and are knowledgeable about what is going on “bird wise” as to who and what are in our area and what to look for. Best store ever in Thousand Oaks♥️
