I'd never been in this store, although I've passed it many, many times. I was greeted by a sweet black lab at the door and a very friendly gentleman. He helped me find a bird seed for my apartment and talked to me about the birds I'm likely seeing this time of year. Will definitely be back!

I like the variety of items available in your store. The last few visits I've made I was assisted by a young man who I know is studying and training to eventually work in the fire department. I don't remember his name, but he is unforgettable as far as friendliness, knowledge, and service. I enjoy visiting your store in Thousand Oaks.

I love this store, the people & the merchandise. I happened in on a holiday clearance sale which I didn't expect. And I got a free calendar which is already hanging in my room!
