they are always helpful with letting me know what works for the birds around me. they love asking me for pictures and i love showing them. the only thing is that they havent been able to get the hummingbird food i usually use but that is not their fault

I am a regular, everyone I've interacted with at the store over the years has been friendly. I am always asked if they can be of help and I almost always tell them no. Occasionally we might share a bird sighting or similar nature story. I enjoy looking at all the bird related products. Mostly, I feel highly satisfied because the staff allows me to browse around the store at my own pace, which I find refreshing.
