Richard ALWAYS goes the extra mile. When I shop in the store, I am always greeted warmly and always given assistance when needed. I use the word “always” because I have never been disappointed with the products offered and the service received.

I buy a lot of seeds for the Nanday Parakeets who frequent my yard, it's very pleasant to walk into the store and see the employees smiling, they are very knowledgeable and so friendly! I love your store not just for birdseed but for all of the wonderful, cute, and thoughtful gifts that you carry as well!
