Products are very expensive. Also when I request to put a backyard bird I’ve seen in my yard or area on the whiteboard, I’m always questioned to a ridiculous point. I know birds and what I’ve seen, yet I’m asked if I’m sure and the clerk ALWAYS brings the bird ID book out to be sure. Good grief it’s a whiteboard meant to involve the community not alienate it!

Didn't have the item I wanted, which was a butterfly house. I don't even know if these are available anywhere. Other than that, all was great as usual.

Helpful staff, but wished there was a lower club membership program. I have to spend a lot to save a little.

The price for this bird seed seems steep to me. I am wondering if I can find it for less. The price probably deters new customers, who have no discounts.

I am still upset with the Manager/owner of this location that he did not allow me to use a $10 coupon that expired one day earlier. His explanation was the "computer made me do it". In other words he could not override the computer. It is VERY sad you allow a computer to dictate how you treat customers. Since this happened approximately 2 months ago, I have purchased "no mess" bird food at Chewy.com. I would never even have looked there for bird food if the manager/owner provided good customer service and figured out how to remedy the situation. I understand I am only one customer. I had previously spend hundreds of dollars on bird food. No more.

I was given the wrong seed bags. When I got home I saw the discrepancy, called and left a message, may have sent an email, I don’t recall. I ordered 2 bags of wild bird seed and was given 2 bags of squirrel food. I never received any acknowledgment of the problem nor suggestion on exchanging the incorrect bags.

We are in the middle of a pandemic and I'm still purchasing bird food. I realized after I got home, I had a current 25% off coupon received in the mail that they could have applied to my total. I didn't have the card, but I was in their system, they should have given me the 25% discount!
