I love the quality of the products and the friendly staff. Sometimes they are out of product that I'm looking for. I spend a LOT of money at WBU and I have recommended them to friends.

Although my sales person was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, the other salesperson did not seem very friendly as a matter of fact I felt prejudiced by her. I am a person of Latin descent and she appeared to be Caucasian. How to fix this? Re-train ALL your sales staff to smile, be friendly and courteous to ALL customers.

I planned to purchase a case of the hot pepper suet cylinder during the sale period. It was out of stock and the employees had no idea when it would be available or if rain checks at sale price would apply.
