The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. They sincerely love their business and it shows. I like the availability of gift items as well as all the various birdfood.

Friendly staff, well laid out store, good selection of products in addition to seeds.

I previously bought no mess seed with a coupon...asked if a coupon might be forthcoming and was told none known, paid full price, which is high for me and 2 days later received the Mother's Day coupon. I would have waited snd then bought far more if I had been told a coupon would be forthcoming for Mothers Day.

I don't see displays or graphics that represent local bird species. I come for the bird seed not the shopping experience.

The bird seed was very expensive

Product I wanted was out. Bought another which birds seem to like.

The bag of bird seed I purchased this time had clumps in it. It would not go into my feeders easily.
