Friendly staff. Well stocked. Price fair

The hobby of bird watching & caring for birds in our yard is that of my 9 year old son. He is the true customer in the store when we visit. The staff acknowledges him and discusses the products with him. They are patient and engaging with him. I love the personal attention he receives when we shop.

Been going to this store since it opened. Staff have always been friendly and willing to take the time to listen to questions. All are extremely knowledgeable. I always leave with a smile.

The products I wanted were displayed and found easily. I was greeted and helped as soon as I arrived. I had a postcard store coupon that reduced the price of my purchases. The sales rep also asked if I also had any "bird bucks," which I used to credit my purchase. The sales rep also asked if I needed help to carry my bags to my vehicle.

The customer service is fantastic. I only knew I wanted food for the wild ducks, They educated me and offered suggestions. I was informed of the savings club at check out. I am wheelchair bound ,which makes it difficult to reach items etc. I was treated with respect and assisted in every way. The products were displayed creatively to keep the eyes interested in other items , this was a delightful experience. The store is compatible for me to drive my mobility chair through. The staff is pleasant,knowledgeable and helpful. I rate this location over the top 110 percent. The location is perfect , easy access on my way to feed the ducks.

My birds love the food and I have so much fun watching them. Not to mention, the food doesn't sprout.

The variety of merchandise when I was looking for a new tube feeder. They are always very helpful carting the big bags of seeds to my car. And the store is dog friendly.
