A long time to receive acknowledgement by staff. One staff member on phone in the back while several customers waiting for service. Staff at counter did not seem to recognize the people waiting while he was sharing personal stories with another customer.

The staff at this store are wonderful! The price of your Black Oil Sunflower seeds has skyrocketed, so I now have to buy them at my local Rona.

First charged to much.. maybe the person was new...after she finished ringing my order up ..i had to look for where she put my bird seed ..and didnt ask if i needed help out to my car where they have always helped.

Your stock is well organized and pleasant to the eye. Your prices are outrageous for things like gifts. ie can buy your puzzles (the same) at Buckerfields and other places that have the same for at least $7.00 cheaper. I can see a store making a profit but many find this is way too much. Especially in these hard times.

Your expiring memberships are a problem. I have 2 memberships and have for years for ease of convenience. They cost me 25 dollars ea per year. The other day i went to the N Van location and was told my memebership had expired a few days earlier and would not receive my member discount. This is infuriating!!! I have paid approx $500 in membership fees for the “honour?” Of purchasing your products. There are NO other places other then Costco that ask for yearly renewal. YOU ARE NOT COSTCO!!! I am dedicated to nature so will continue to buy your seed only until I can secure another source due to this issue. If you are looking to satisfy this customer I suggest that memberships be universal and not expire.
