The gentleman was very knowledgeable and nice.

The associates there are always so very friendly and my birds love the product. The store is always so clean and you are always reminded of the sales that are going on at the time.

I went in with a specific purchase in mind. When I told the associate what I needed she showed me exactly what would work. She even recommended additional parts that work perfectly. We are now enjoying bird watching right outside our door from our living room in our new home. I will definitely be back to purchase more from the store. Also, the associate was gracious enough to help me carry my purchase to my car. You just don't get service like that these days and working with an associate that was helpful and clearly enjoyed her job.

I love purchasing unique things for Christmas and this was a very unique shop for just that. The staff was so helpful as well giving us options. I purchased a bird feeder with a cute penguin birdseed wearing a hat along with 2 candles in milk jug jar. Super cute!

Love this store!! The people that work here are super. They are so helpful and really a pleasure. Love the selection here and if any questions on something, they always explain about it. Also love how they tell you about specials and new products.

I never know what we get from trip to trip, your staff always has record of the last purchase and are so willing to help!
