They are super friendly, very helpful, and so polite to talk to. The products are very good quality and I would recommend this place to anyone.

I apologize in forgetting the associate's name, (she wears glasses)...she is very knowledgeable regarding the species of birds and the products, whether it be feed or bird houses, etc. to best attract and care for the birds. She always has an answer to my many questions. She always greets you with a smile and hello. I like the discounts I receive throughout the year being a member. I appreciate the assistance in getting the products to my vehicle. However, it would be easier for the associates to transport the BIG bags of seed if there was a dolly available for their use.

I love going to the Wild Bird store! They have so many great gifts and accessories. Richard and his staff are always great! Richard quickly showed me why the spring wasn't working on our feeder and had it "repaired' in just a minute! I recommend this Wild Birds Unlimited store to all my friends!
