Customer for 20+ years. I have had only positive experiences and I have recommended this store several times.

I have always been able to pickup everything I need seed wise. I enjoy looking at the feeders just wished they didn't cost so much. The staff is always pleasant and very knowledgeable.

The ladies, Suzanne and staf,f are very knowledgeable and assisted us to the car with the purchase as they usually do. They are extremely helpful in identifying a species we haven’t found in our research. Thank you Gals!!

I bought a catnip toy. Staff told me it is the best catnip. They were right. My cat loves it. He played with it and licked it until it was completely wet. Later, he went looking for it and played with it again.

I came in specifically to meet the new owners this week. They appear to be serious birding enthusiasts and lovely, congenial people. I am sure I will enjoy our association in the coming years as i have at this store in the past 26 years. Welcome to them and I hope they will continue to let this well-run store continue as it has in the past.

The staff is sooooo friendly and helpful. I know that I pay more than I would at a large box store, but this is one small business in my town of Riverside that I will always support because of how they treat me and their love and knowledge of our birds.
