The people in the store are always attentive and helpful with their knowledge and understanding of their products. They also go above and beyond by taking my purchases to my car as I walk with a cane. I like going into the store because all the extra goodies make great unique gifts.

We have shopped at the store on Overland for years now and keep going back to get items for out feathered friends. Advice has always been given freely and the staff has been so kind as to carry our heavy purchased to the car for us. We love this store.

The staff, especially Travis, is super knowledgeable and helpful. They are very patient with novice bird enthusiasts’ questions. As a bonus, in addition to the “essentials” of catering to wild birds, they have really fun non essentials, like wine aerators that chirp when you pour your wine! Who doesn’t need one of those?
