I never put highly satisfied on any survey I was satisfied and I will return If I had not been satisfied I would have said so

It's not that I wasn't highly satisfied it was just a usual pickup every month, nothing special I was looking for. If I had gotten something special for ourselves like a new bird bath or door mat that visit would be highly satisfied.

After the purchase and I was in the truck I looked at my receipt and couldn't figure out why I didn't get my discount. I read a little further down the receipt and I found out my membership had expired two days before. I called the store and talked to Linda. She told me there was a new person on the register and had been there a week. The owner apologized and corrected the problem. Awesome people work there!!

Prices are high. Fifty Dollar plus visits are common. Sales and rebates help. Perhaps more of them, or guidance as to which precuts are overkill given needs.

I AM satisfied with all my experiences at this store. I don't believe any improvements are needed. This store and it.s staff are way beyond exceptional in every way.

Prices are too high compared to other bird feed sources, even considering my membership.

The store is located in Kerrville, not too far from our home. The store is always clean and inviting and most importantly the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and considerate.

Love shopping at our local store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, the shelves are fully stocked, and they are always helpful when we have questions or concerns about our neighborhood birds.
