They are courteous and welcoming, have the merchandise I was looking for and are very knowledgeable. I have been there twice and learned a lot as a person newly engaged in feeding and watching birds from my new yard in Texas.

They are very friendly and helpful.

It's always fun to go into the WBU store. Friendly folks, update on what birds have been sighted, and fun new merchandise to look at. If I'm in a hurry, I can be in and out quickly. If I want to meander, I can do that.

I wanted to try using the decorative tree hooks on my curtain rod to hold up a single curtain panel during the day. I brought a curtain panel to test out and the lady was very helpful in letting me figure out if the hook would work.

This is probably my favorite store in Kerrville. It is a beautiful store with not only birding things but wonderful gift items. Everyone who works there is so friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that, they have an education program! What a fun place!
