Good selection, great staff

I like working with the hometown folks. They share the same happiness I express when I tell them I came THIS close to an osprey along the River Trail. They correct me when I identify a bird incorrectly. They soothe my feathers when I worry that birds are not coming to my feeders. WalMart is "cheeper" (haha), but they don't know a banded woodpecker from a flicker.

They are always friendly and ready to help you.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They can always direct me to items I can't find on my own and advise me on the products. They help me carry out my supplies. I like the chocolate chip cookies.

This is my favorite store in my town! The owners and their employees are friendly & helpful. Great merchandise for me & also for gift giving.

The owners (Mr.& Mrs. Pillows are extremely professionals in every sense of the word. The store is always well stocked, neat & clean and products easy to locate. They are also expert on anything and everything about birds. They are also very nice people that I feel comfortable calling friends.

I couldn't remember one item that I had brought the last time as it was the first time of buying. I asked the salesperson to look it up. He did and then helped me to find it on the shelf. I asked about a new item that they had. After visiting with them about it, I decided to buy it and try it. If I ever need any help, the salespeople are always there to help you. If you have a problem (because I have only been a member 1 year), they suggest different types of food that you might like to try. They never push you to buy certain items or the higher price items. I enjoy coming into the store.

The owners and staff are all knowledgeable and very helpful. I love going in the store because it is so pleasant a place to be in, clean and so full of neat things to see and buy.
