Always a pleasant experience going into this WBU. It's like visiting family that you actually like!!! The products that I repeatedly purchase are always available there.

Love the knowledge and the friendliness of the employees. I always feel welcome and as a novice bird feeder my questions are welcomed.

I had questions about the nestling super blend. She answered the questions. Plus she didn't try to pressure me into buying it, but I did to try it.

As usual..... Above standard across the board!!!

Isaac was very friendly and extremely helpful in identifying a bird in my yard, using the Crossley Guide Book. I was so impressed I bought a copy.

Staff is always prompt to respond to my needs. They almost always have anything I might need, but if not they will order it. They advise me about any choices but l me make my own decisions.

Good selection

WBU has the suet and seed cylinders that the birds and I like, especially the Bug & Nuts cylinder! Whoever is working in the store at the time(s) of my visits is always helpful and knowledgeable. The special greeting cards they carry are an added plus!
