The store is conveniently located and immaculately kept. The store maintains a beautiful outdoor fountain and a marvelous garden. It also has an annex next door for an education center. The owners know me by name and the staff is very friendly. All their products are top quality and I love their selection for gifts. Kerrville's Wild Birds Unlimited is a genuine asset to our community.

The staff is always very friendly and we have no difficulty at all and finding what we need. We find it a joyful experience just looking around as well as buying our needs for our feathered Friends.

Kevin and Linda are always so nice, and never seem to mind hen their customers ramble nonstop about their birding experiences and ask a zillion stupid questions. Patient and friendly. Helpful with advice, too.

Very easy to order on line and do curb side pickup. Everyone in the store is so nice, helpful and professional. Best store in town.
