Their friendliness and efficiency makes it one of my favorite places to shop. The products are good ad they back them up with very good service. I always feel welcome whether I go in to buy or with a problem! You are just "good folks"!

I called and spoke with Isaac concerning my cardinals, and what kind of seed, and information about a particular feeder. He was very helpful, attentive, and gave suggestions. I purchased a new type of seed, the feeder, and some Nyjer seed. Then I called and spoke with one of the owners. She was very helpful regarding Bark Butter, and the feeders and what I can do with it. I was very satisfied with the help I got, concerning the suet too, as I had questions regarding the two "Nut" variants, and it was discovered that only one was available, which made life easy. I trust WBU for all my bird feeding needs. I won't go anywhere else. The value I receive cannot be met anywhere else. The birds and I thank you!

Kevin greeted me by name. I regret I was in a hurry and didn't visit with Kevin more. We'll all be so happy when this virus thing is over and we can dispose of the masks.
