I absolutely love my local store. The owners and staff there are incredibly wonderful and very helpful and knowledgeable with any question I may have. I have quite a few feeders so I'm in there a few times a month and have come to view the people there as dear friends of mine.

The employees where very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help. They also where not pushy and knew when to step away to let us browse around the store.

Because I am. I really like the people who work there. They know birds and what they like to eat. They are happy to share that knowledge with fellow birders like me.

I went in to the store looking for out of season mats for a friend for Christmas. Isaac was very helpful and went next door to find the mat that I was looking for. I felt that was very thoughtful and helpful. I felt like he went above and beyond what was expected of him. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful when I go in to shop. It is something that I have grown to expect from Wild Birds Unlimited.
