We are always made to feel welcome while being allowed to browse. Staff is very knowledgeable of the products and very often have experience using the product. Love the overall “vibe” that the owners and staff create.

I was not a customer of Wild Birds until I happened to visit this store in Kerrville. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. When I asked about a lazuli bunting sighting, the staff member took the time to tell me that they migrate through this area, so it is possible to spot them during springtime. Anyway, the shopping experience there is nice enough for me to make an extra stop when I go to town to shop. (That's a big deal!) I no longer buy my bird food at the grocery store, even though that may be more convenient.
