I am a new resident in the area and the people at this store are all well informed of our birds here and happy to help with seed/feeders. They keep a list on the blackboard of recent sitings that keeps me aware of new birds to look for. I love the newsletter from The Ranch too.

I love this store. The owners are true bird lovers and very knowledgable when it comes to feed, etc. They and their staff are super friendly and helpful, always carrying out heavy items to my car for me. I belong to the membership "club" and am always willing to renew every year. I'm a 100% bird lover and it's great having a place to shop for all the necessities to keep our bird population in Kerrville, TX, happy!
