Just a friendly staff. They let me shop and then if I have questions they answer and take me to the product. I just love the store!

I love this store. I'm not a big spender there as we have a small home and only a few feeders but they always have what I need when I do shop ... and I definitely appreciate their advice when I ask questions. We buy both our bird food and any feeders we need as well as an occasional gift because they have some super nice gift items.
