I had a problem with a feeder being damaged by critters. Staff took feeder for repair and other several suggestions to avoid problem in future. I was shown a product I was unaware of and bought it. Always helpful and friendly.

The bird blocks we buy are high quality - highly packed and the birds one them. Staff is wonderful - asked questions about local birds and all questions answered. Love this store.

WBU ladies and gentlemen are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and take the time to answer one’s questions plus they always offer to carry the merchandise to one’s car. A visit to the WBU store always makes me smile! I wish I could buy all the products at the store. All are beautiful items.
