No matter who assists me in the store they are always happy to see me and willing to answer any of my questions. And they always have a very acceptable reply.

I really appreciate that the staff is so informed and enthusiastic. They never make me feel bad about my lack of birding knowledge. Everything is of a high quality, the shop smells nice, and checkout is a breeze. It’s the ideal shopping experience.

they are very friendly and knowledgeable there. I just needed some seed to refill feeders and I feel the birds can appreciate the higher quality ingredients. Certainly more of a fun experience than grabbing a bag at the local grocery store!
