i had to change my email, and had dropped off the news from the 'ranch' and had missed it very much. the young lady that helped me immediately got me back in touch with the store. she was so helpful in helping me find the right product for a feeder that i had at home. i was so happy to know that the store keeps a list of my past purchases so we could find the right product. i love the special programs the store has for us.
