The price of items has become ridiculous. Everything is extremely expensive.

Lack of inventory. I use the large cylindrical feeder and for the second month in a row there was only 1 kind to choose from. Also I normally buy the bark bites, but according to the employee they no longer carry the smaller bags. I don’t need a $27 bag of them.

I spent over $125 on a finch feeder (tube), weather guard, and food. I have had exactly one bird feed from it one time. I’ve been back to the store three times and had tried their suggestions with one luck. I told them that I am not a satisfied customer and they sad sorry… no refund or store credit. We have purchased the pole system, and three other feeders there and we are very satisfied with those purchases. I did transfer the finch food to another feeder and it was emptied in two days.

The large cylinders of seed were not existing. I had to settle for a small one and there were very few to choose from. Even in the small ones, they didn’t have the kind I wanted. This is not the first time I traveled to this store and the inventory was very low.
