I have no major criticism at all. I just wish the store was larger and carried more bird-related affordable gifts. But we still found something that will work just fine and the store associates were extremely nice.

One of the items that I needed (a common one) was not available and I was told that it would not be reordered until a similar item(but not one that my birds will eat) was sold out. (This was the niger seed-chipped sunflower combo. My finches just waste the niger seed, so there is no reason to buy it by itself). Staff didn’t seem to know when the combo food would be back in the supply.
