We needed to update our feeding system. So Merry Christmas to my husband

The clerk was very friendly and remembered my being in the store before. I came to purchase a gift card which was easily handled. With no other customers in the store, it was an easy, pleasant in and out.

I find that when I visit this store - I am greeted by name. It’s a friendly, professional and knowledgeable experience every time. It’s personable. When needing suggestions - helpful. When good - no pressure, no annoying pesky behaviors. I feel like my patronage is appreciated but I also feel like I’m visiting acquaintances. I’m not just another sale. I’m somebody they enjoy helping and doing business with.

The store offers a good number of items for bird watching/feeding. The staff really tries to get to know you. They are always friendly and knowledgeable.
