The store set up feels comfortable, looks colorful and has a happy vibe. It’s arranged so that things are easily found. The staff are polite, knowledgeable and available when you have questions.

I love that the owners are lovers of wild birds and seem dedicated to sharing this with their customers.

I always enjoy going into this store. There are so many things to see and investigate besides bird food, feeders, books, etc. There is always a large selection of locally made, jewelry, kitchen towels, ornaments, candles, stationery, all with bird / nature themes. Gentle & knowledgeable people own the shop, work there, shop there.

I was able to find what I needed and wanted three times I have shopped in the store

Staff were friendly and engaging. They helped me find what I was looking for and made helpful suggestions, without being pushy in any way. I especially loved that there is a store cat! :)

I needed seed. Lots of choices were in stock. I needed a metal container for seed. Three size choices were in stock. We needed identification material for flora and fauna. They were well stocked. The staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful when we were making our selections.
