Out of stock of seed cylinder I had wanted to purchase.

I want a bird seed cake but was disappointed to find out that this store didn't have the ones with meal worms mixed in, in the size of cake that I wanted. I found out that the company had quit this option. Bummer.

with or without your 35.00 customer discount, your products are far too costly. I doubt I will ever purchase anything there again. Better to go to Agriculture feed store or hardware store. Half the reason I was ready to overpay for Wild Bird products was due to Marilyn's customer skills.

The staff member did not know which hummingbirds to expect in our area or the price of one of the feeders. I would’ve appreciated more selection in hummingbird feeders.

I was greeted as I walked in the door with "What can I help you find today?", and the salesperson proceeded to follow me nearly pressing me on what birdseed I needed. I wanted birdseed, but I ALSO wanted to look around at all of the different items. By following me, I felt pressured to get what I needed, pay and get out of the store!! Please greet me kindly then leave me alone! I know where to find you if I need additional help. It is a small store with lots of cool and lovely items to peruse. Who knows what else I might have purchased if I had been encourage to "take my time" or "I'll be around if you have any questions."

Your products are over priced. Better bargains can be found at Shipton's Big R, especially bird food.

I was very satisfied with my experience, in fact i couldn't wait to get home and put everything out that I purchased. I was HIGHLY satisfied.
