Theres always room for improvement! I would like to have a larger cylinder in the winter blend without sunflower seeds with the still shell on them. I put the cylinder in the day it arrived and it is almost gone with just little birds. It is in same tree as the niger thistle feeder and a suet feeder as well as 2 bark butter feeders. When ordering or even just viewing the products it’s not easy to go back to continue shopping. Needs a link ‘continue shopping’ that will take you back to where you were. Love the figures ie penguin and snowman, rather expensive tho!!

The staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. However, on several occasions, there has not been any products available that I usually buy. One bag of bird seed smelled rancid once I got home and poured it into a metal container. Also, there were hard clumps among the seed. The last two bags I bought had a lot more peanuts than normal. All of the extra peanuts clogged the feeders. There seems to be a quality control issue. This is frustrating sense the you charge a premium price. I have a membership card, it it doesn’t provide a big enough discount to offset the high price.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They were out of one produce but not their fault due to truck delay of snow.
